Good news guys!
I'm now using Blogger for a day to day post as I am posting too many random posts about random stuff that just doesn't work and is far too imformal for blogger.

Anyway, after doing a bit of research I found Twitter to be the best site for little updates, also I can get onto it on my phone so I can update no matter where I am (as long as I have a signal of course).
